New Comics for 8/19/15

Man, just getting this in under the wire this week! Anyhow, without further delay, here is your list of new books available today!

From Dark Horse this week we see issue #2 of Death Head, a super creepy tale about a family who stumbles upon a mysterious village in the woods that has a functioning crematorium that is ran by someone wearing a plague doctor mask. This series has weird and terrifying all over it and I love it so far!

From DC this week we see new issues from some of their post-convergence titles of which Black Canary is definitely a stand out. With gorgeous art, the story of Dinah as lead singer in a band who is being attacked during shows by weird beings that the bassists music reveals is really cool, different, and a fun time!

Image this week sees a new issue of Rat Queens, the story of a quartet of foul-mouthed, sex having, drug doing, bawdy lady adventurers and the exploits that they find themselves in. If you are a fan of the fantasy genera, have ever played WoW or just like strong female protagonists, be sure to jump on this series! It’s a ton of fun!

From Marvel this week we get the much-anticipated Secret Wars Secret Love #1 which follows some of the Marvel universes most awesome couples (and some that are secret love affairs) to see if their relationships can survive while worlds are colliding around them!
